3. Ordering Process

For mural commissions or custom canvases:

1. Consultation: We begin with a discussion of your vision and space requirements.
2. Design & Approval: After the consultation, a custom design proposal will be submitted for approval.
3. Payment: A deposit may be required before commencing work, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
4. Completion & Delivery: Mural and canvas projects will be completed within an agreed timeframe, and you will be kept updated on progress.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are in Euro and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment is accepted via major credit cards, PayPal, bank transfer or other listed methods at checkout.
• Payment must be made in full before any item is shipped or before starting a custom commission.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5 business days.
• Shipping: Available globally with shipping fees calculated at checkout. Delivery times depend on the destination.
• Custom Orders: Completion and delivery of mural commissions and custom canvas works are subject to project timelines agreed upon during consultation.

6. Returns & Refunds

Online Store Purchases:

• Right to Withdraw: Customers in the EU may return items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
• Non-Refundable: Custom-made and commissioned items are non-refundable unless defective.

Mural & Custom Artwork Commissions:

• Deposits for commissioned work are non-refundable once the design has been approved and work has commenced.
• Any issues with the completed project must be raised within 7 days of delivery or installation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including artwork, designs, images, and text, is the intellectual property of By Silva. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
